He felt unwelcomed, Kayvee’s media team debunks mental health rumors

The social media team of reality TV star, Ololade Gbolahan aka Kayvee, has said the mood he displayed during his final moments in the ongoing Big Brother Naija reality TV show, Season Six, was triggered by the way he was welcomed into the show.

Kayvee was introduced into the BBNaija House alongside Michael, Queen and JMK on August 8. This was on the same day Yerins, Niyi and Beatrice who had been in the house with other housemates since July 24/25 were evicted.

The young photographer who he didn’t hesitate to kiss Angel during a Truth or Dare game.

However, after the live eviction show last Sunday, Kayvee confided in Tega, Michael, and Saskay that he felt isolated because housemates shunned him.
He later isolated himself, which was noticed by other housemates who recommended he gets a psyche examination.
The reality TV star also had a show of emotion as he broke down in tears during the housemates’ workout session on Monday morning.

Shortly after his emotional breakdown, Head of House, Pere, read an announcement from Big Brother which revealed that Kayvee will no longer be part of the show due to advice from a medical doctor.

A statement on his Instagram page addressed claims of mental health issues, saying the reality TV star won’t have been allowed by his family and friends to be part of the BBNaija show if he had such a condition.

The statement read,

“The Kayvee we know isn’t what people are painting him to be. His friends and family will never allow him to go into the house if he had a mental health issue. Kayvee is big on mental health and positive vibes, and you could see that from when he entered the house.
“What is happening in the house is simply a reaction to him being unwelcomed. He was full of life when he got into the house, and something has triggered this phase. This has caused him to withdraw into his shell to rebuild his energy and vibe.
“Have you met #KayVee? If 20 people are in a room and down spirited, he’s always there to uplift them. We could see how he played this role for his fellow housemate, Angel. He is a kind person, and that’s one of the qualities that makes us super supportive of him.
“Kayvee is passionate about his craft, and that’s why he is on the #BBNaija show to promote himself and work. He has worked with several celebrities and individuals. He’s a focused and hardworking person whose life and work ethics inspire his friends and family. Over the years, he has tirelessly built his brand “KOKO’s VIEW”, which provides top-notch photography and cinematography to clients.
“He doesn’t speak bad English. Guys, he felt unwelcomed and overthinks his point before speaking, so it sometimes comes across as incoherent. Isn’t it human nature to overthink? Let’s be humane.
“When we say, “you don’t know what people are going through,” this is the kind of situation where we should be reminded to be kind to each other and remain supportive. Fewer words, more action.
“Please keep supporting #KayVee as he needs us now more than ever. We are the #KayVeeFC.”

“No endorsement nothing nothing boom G-wagon” Fans react as Christy O of BBNaija claims to acquire a G-wagon worth 100 million

on

Christiana Ojumu, popularly known as Christy O, a former Big Brother Naija housemate, shared a video of herself driving a white Mercedes Benz G-wagon worth over 100 million naira. She sparked outrage online when she claimed to have just purchased the car.

After sharing a video of herself chilling in the new white Mercedes Benz G-wagon, the former Big Brother Naija 7 housemate set tongues wagging online.

However, this seemingly good news has prompted some to question whether purchasing such an expensive car at this time should be a priority for a young celebrity like herself. Others have slammed the story as nothing more than fake news designed to draw attention to her because she did poorly during her brief stint on the BBNaija show.

Many BBNaija fans have reacted to the reality TV star’s video, claiming that it is nothing more than a publicity stunt, and that if she did acquire the luxury SUV, her priorities are skewed.

Some fans congratulated her in the comments section, while others suggested that Christy O was chasing clout with the vehicle because she couldn’t possibly afford it.
